Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Free from scratches, damage, or alterations
• In original packaging with all tags attached

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@aviore.ca with your order number
2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different color or style. Please contact us at support@aviore.ca and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code over 30%
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Gift cards
